here i am on day 2 and i have been good again today, stayed within my alloted points, in fact i still have 4 left but will save them for later.
all i need to do now is find the time to do some exercises which will be hard to find over the weekend as i am at work from saturday morning right through until monday morning.
i think long walks will be called for over the weekend then on monday i might do my tae-bo dvd.
