day 3- going to work

i am off to work in a little while and will have to be extra strong as today they have a takeaway dinner, not for me, i am having jacket spud with tuna and salad.
yesterday was a good day and i am in the same positive mood.
i even went for a walk, ok it was around a supermarket but my daughter wanted to go up and down every isle looking for stuff, we spent over an hour walking around and i didnt buy any crap food but did treat myself to some ww almond slices, 1 1/2 points each, scrummy.

day 2, still going strong

here i am on day 2 and i have been good again today, stayed within my alloted points, in fact i still have 4 left but will save them for later.
all i need to do now is find the time to do some exercises which will be hard to find over the weekend as i am at work from saturday morning right through until monday morning.
i think long walks will be called for over the weekend then on monday i might do my tae-bo dvd.

week 1, day 1.... the start.

well i have just set up this blog to have a record of my weightloss journey. its going to be a tough ride with loads of ups and downs and massive bumps along the way but hopefully i will reach the end eventually.

i have had a good day today and i am quietly confident at the moment that i will make it.

my first goal is to lose 1 stone, so here goes.
